Hotel Emisia Tokyo Tachikawa

My stay was fantastic, with a spacious, clean room, made me feel right at home. The location is super convenient, just a short walk from the train station, and the staff were pretty good too ensure a pleasant experience.

Breakfast option could really use more variety in pastries.

Booked it for our trip and had a good stay here. Everything there was fine and the staff were very very helpful and super-friendly. The room was brand-new and functional, the bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. It had magnificent and perfect location a super close walk to Lumine Tachikawa.

the marvellous location close to a bus station was just what i needed. loved staying here, my room was fairly quiet and had a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and an air conditioning.

The hotel lobby smells amazing and has a rose scent.

We stayed in a double room which felt cramped, especially for our family. The bathroom was quite small, and the beds were more like semi-doubles than the expected size. The room temperature was hard to adjust and the provided pillows were unusually firm.

The hotel was situated in the central location close to Tachikawa rail station. And it was also really close to the two large department stores, shopping malls, train station, supermarket, pharmacy and eatery stores and many restraunts and shopping.

Nothing.

The staff are pleasant and excellent.

The hotel is conveniently close to the train station, making exploring the area quite easy. Consider using the nearby convenience store for late-night snacks.

The folks here were so kind, I tell ya. They let us combine bookings, a real lifesaver. Room was comfy, and we loved the brand-new bathroom. Got to ride those rental bikes around, too! Food options nearby were just a hop away. Ain't nothin' but praise for this spot.

The location is best possible, not very far from Polar Science Museum. The building is lovely and the rooms are brand-new.

Great location near the train station made it easy to explore. Convenience store attached was a lifesaver for snacks. The room had a comfortable bed and was clean, but space was tight, especially with two suitcases. Checking in took a while because the machine didn't work. A clearer process for requesting extra items would help. A good stay despite the small room.

I had a great Christmas stay! The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the train station, making it super convenient to explore the area. There are plenty of eateries and shops around, plus a cozy little convenience store on site. I loved the comfy bed and modern bathroom-totally made my stay enjoyable!

On the downside, the rooms felt a bit small for two people, and I was unfortunately woken up early one morning by noise nearby. Check-in took longer than expected since the machine didn't work well. it's a good spot with some minor hiccups!

The room was super comfy with a brand-new bathroom, and we loved the nice city view! The free rental bikes were a fun bonus.

This place is good, and has free Wi-Fi, a restaurant, laundry, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me with a local taxi recommendation on my first visit. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay!

The room was cozy with a comfy bed and great desk space for working. I really enjoyed the relaxing vibe of the hotel bar, and it was nice to unwind in the lounge area after a long day. Just keep in mind that the room felt a bit smaller than expected, but it didn't take away from my stay at all 😊
